@Pieman202020 I think it would definitely ruffle some feathers if they were allowed to invest as you have mentioned. Given their previous stake in NVX, it seems odd that they wouldn't be allowed to buy in.
The premium that they would have to pay to buy back in would be insane too so only time will tell I guess.
