This link all but confirms that Henry He commented on the YouTube video is the Henry He working with the BMY investment group.
It would be too much of a coincidence for these to be two different people called "Henry He" both linked to NVX in a completely seperate fashion.
Unless of course someone is spoffing harry he on YouTube, but seems unlikely
