While I love getting announcements and would welcome one, I don't think they need it to get their resolutions past. Anyone not happy with the board has rocks in their head in my opinion and will never be pleased with any board on the ASX. These guys have had a plan from day one, have quietly gone about it and we are now starting to see the fruits of that labour. The way they have positioned this company for significant growth is second to none. For me the resolutions are a formality, and not something they would be concerned about.
