Yeah market watch and yahoo finance suggest action already.I have no idea why the delay sometimes also. It's not a volume thing as shows off 10 traded only. It's not a staggered alphabetical thing as USA doesn't do that. Some nights the pre-market PLL is active within 10mins others an hour.
