Well I have been talking about Blind Freddy here on and off. The guy who invested his last $20,000 into LTR on 24.March 2020 and did nothing but hold his investment. Today that initial $20,000 investment turned into $770,908. So take away the $20,000 that leaves him with a poultry $730,908 profit and a 50% CGT discount. Not bad for a down and out buy & hold investor, I reckon.
His only comment was, I pity the fools who sold too early.
