Had a lightbulb moment while reading this;...


"....a few family members who are also in LTR ..."

...and while it is a familiar theme, the significance just hit me.

If a pole were taken on HC LTR, I believe that there would be very few stick their hand up when asked if they did not have or know of a family member, a BFF, or at least an acquaintance who invested in LTR.

Here is my main point;...



...and that is, we in LTR are very much stronger than other investments as we are interconnected with a built in support group - even and especially if holding and not posting, HENCE a very tight register!

Who hasn't heard this from a family (especially grandkids), or friend; "LTR is down. What's the problem? Should I sell?"?

Not everyone is up to speed with the fundamentals, so a bit of "Steady as she goes" is needed for reassurance.

Now I know that most of you all know these basics, but this is for those who, as I used to be, are too timid in recommending investing.

I used to say to myself, "Self, I'd rather have some angry because they missed out than angry because they lost out", as a failsafe position. But if someone ask....well then that is an opportunity.
