$1.27 last Friday was still very cheap based off cash on hand and PBT AU valuation in the 220m to 250m range.
the market has been valuing the US business at $0 for some time now ! and if its sold for several hundred million the re-rate will be nice but only to those late to the party unfortunately or who have aggressively averaged down or traders, so I wouldn't be surprised to see bargain hunters bidding the stock up from here, shorts still at 7%. (11th most shorted) could get a LTR gap up scenario here on positive US sale news.
