Back when I first suggested it, Zip was under $500M market cap and Tyro were just over $500M.
Now Zip is $1.6B & Tyro is still just over $500M.
Would have been good to do an equal merger at the time. Now I wouldn't want to pay too much premium for it. Lightspeed POS provider is now including payments terminals with their POS software so Tyro might have some tough competition with them, along with the banks
