The other sector is the property market yes everyone's property has gone up in value on paper, but a lot are very much cash flow poor, if you have a mortgage or kids etc so you might be asset rich on paper but you're really not, considering if you do sell you either have to purchase again? or downsize either way your caught in the net with stamp duty, real-estate fees, solicitor fess and the list goes on.
