Zip will perform well in the long term with constant increases in monthly account fees and establishment fee per transaction. Most account holders will not pay out their debt in full and keep copping monthly fees. Easily paying $150 to $200 per customer per year in fees. How many customers? Average debt? Makes for good margin. This is on top of fees charged to retailers.
