Do we know how much volume/dollar amount roughly it takes for indices to update when a new entrant makes an appearance in the 200?
For example a couple of weeks ago NVDIA and APPLE had $10B swap between them updating those two rebalancing events.
As for Australia and the ASX.... What does a ASX200 entrant require? Anyone know from other stocks entering in at 200?
