Since he wants to be "part time Larry" as "US chair" now and not chair of the whole company like Diane is, we should use Diane's salary as a starting point.
Since she is on $260K and is chair of the entire company both US & ANZ, Larry should get half of that. $130K.
Larry is the largest shareholder and should never have been paid $1.4M to do his job and increase the value of his shares. They love freebies too much at Zip. We paid him $1.4M, (more than Affirm CEO and most other CEOS of listed companies - even Zip's own CEO lol) to incentivise him to try get his largest shareholding to increase in value. Classic Zip management, paid way more to increase your own huge shareholding LOL
