its hard to say... theyve gone through an extended period without one and bypassed windows of opportunity where they couldve acted already...either it might be tough to find a good deal or CS is confident in their cash position and buffer size ...ive read countless posts on other forums where an unexpected large decline over consecutive days often leads to a surprise massive discount CR...its something to watch as an indicator imo
