The costs to raise capital blows my mind. Is it simply excess greed? Why do management think it's a reasonable sum?
Where in the world is that money going? What justification is there for those "COSTS"?
If you break down the costs and the effort to raise, it seems like a huge rip off. Very greedy and seems wrong. Zip shareholders don't care as long as the price is going up.
