Mine is that ZIP is tightening its share register, conserving capital, choosing to constrain growth and expenses in preparation of getting the best price for the company. If CS sits it out for her Options and Bonuses, it will be many years with great risk, but if the company is sold she may get them paid to her at the takeover price.
