If ZIP ends up generating EBITDA in the hundreds of millions of dollars the price tag could easily be well above 5 billion imo. The synergy benefits this would have with many other businesses would mean they'd be willing to pay a higher than usual multiple as well, in the event ZIP were to go on a crazy run to $10+
Regal clearly know this, and I'm sure they're confident in the outlook so I wouldn't be surprised if ZIP continues to beat expectations
