Short sellers only target companies that they believe have a chance of falling in value. With inflation high and interest rates rising, the short sellers took advantage. Those days are over, inflation will not go back to 7.8%. The rate cuts will start soon. Zip's balance sheet has improved, so it is no longer a good stock for the shorts.
