It was all there in explanation and disclosures (and it was the half yearly trading day, check the range),
I literally exclaimed my surprise that I had bought into ZIP so quickly on the close? You might have noticed the market made a $0.99 high and a $0.80 low on close in the same trading day had you looked at the correct trading day - the stock made (precisely) a 23.75% high to its closing price during day trading. Pretty tempting one day returns, no?
