I don't see a reason for them to not talk about a Zip/Sezzle merger again. The timing was off last time when BNPL was cratering. Now it's thriving again.
Will make the dual-listing easier and since the combined company is much bigger, they wont have "admin" & "reporting" as an excuse to take us off the ASX like they did with the original Sezzle shares.
I would like a Block/SQ2 kinda setup. Sell on the ASX any time we want in the future.
