Not an expert here, but companies operating environment changes from the execution of its strategies through times, and with listed stocks it reflects very much from its share trading price.
When it's trading at 32 cents to 50 cents range, it might be pure speculations, but as it progress over the higher range and holds its there, you know the price is more or less a reflective of its future prospects.Hence, a sell signal can always change to a buy signal. We just have to be flexible as things moves at different stage. Just my humble opinion.
The reason I bought, if you look at the 3 year and 5 year charts, that's the potential I see. But of course it might not be viewed as a potential for others.
