Added to that the next quarter will show greater bad debts from the increased turnover as Zip tend to write off bad debts as a percentage of current revenue not in the quarter they were incurred.

Marketing is slashed to 21 million on a turnover of 430 million which is a tiny percentage of less than 5% when a growth company should be spending 12.5 percent so this cant be reduced any further.

The interest expense YOY was significantly higher and the new negotiated facilities have not fully fed into operating costs yet.

I therefore expect these to remain elevated or increase.

In summary I do not see any scope to make further savings and overall operating expenses to remain or increase on these levels and result in an operating loss of $20 to $50 million in a traditionally weaker quarter.

As there are no consistency in earnings it's difficult to attribute a market cap but next quarter results will lead to more questions about viability of the business outside of Q2 each year.

On a fundamental basis its grossly overvalued but stock market is a voting machine and FOMO is present which supports current bullish bias on technicals.

All the USA second tier banks start reporting towards end of April and have massive exposure to commercial real estate and are going to have to write off hundreds of billions in loans which will shock markets.

What people need to be aware of is that NATO have deployed troops to Ukraine and if war escalates all those paper profits can disappear and wake up one morning to a "no bid " market where you are unable to find a buyer at any price.
