I agree completely - I think they have way too many staff members and would love to see them cut back a bit. Obviously if they can implement some decent AI then it will help cut down on a lot of staff (i.e. customer service staff, support staff, admin staff etc) - but even without AI I think they are currently operating less efficiently than they could be pertaining to staff numbers.
