No directors buying = no Nasdaq listing.
Forget it. Every single director will buy if they had plans for Nasdaq. They would be crazy not to and they would have been discussing it for ages if it were likely. Plenty of chances for directors to purchase outside of lockout periods. No director wants to part with their own money outside of Zip. Too risky for them
Try something else to pump this up. Something believable. Nasdaq listing is not on the cards if directors aren't buying
