TTV in USA plays a much bigger role in relation to revenue than in AU. so yes a very important metric to watch. chart the TTV for last couple of years to get a good picture and estimate of what you want to see. (i believe the physical card gave a significant boost to TTV in usa also, that may plateau off soon)
