Ignoring the silly claims about manipulation here (you can't identify intentions using this data), it's nice to see that the biggest net buyers are with brokers who tend to be used by institutional investors, whilst the biggest sellers are with brokers that tend to be associated with retail investors (ie commsec)
Money flowing from the dumb money (retail) who are selling, to the smart money (instos) who are loading up
