Clearly, it's a sock puppet account run by a regular here. I actually find Tanktime harmless; there's a sort of honest fun with him. He only appears after a couple of red candles—"I see two red candles," logs in as Tanktime, and posts a single word. It's a pity there aren't any "RocketRider" sock puppets
