It's not a new funding facility, it is simply a rollover and if it is not forthcoming there will be a HUGE announcement lol.
This one is for $352 mil, there is another $475 mil in April, $215 mil in May, $14 mil in July and $663 mil in September. If they don't roll this one, they won't be rolling the rest and it will be goodnight Josephine. IMO it is not really worthy of an announcement, more a passing comment that it is under control.
