So glad someone finally said what very few seem to compute. Yes there are heaps more issued ZIP shares nowadays, because that is a way to raise capital, to loan money to make money, and of course market cap doesn't give any indication of that spread.
As far as SP to issued shares ratio, that varies with time. SP of $3.00 sounds about right fot the short term, providing interest rates don't bolt.
