I suggest you go and ask the listing office on the ASX, who ultimately decides whether it is price sensitive or not.
Sorry Tekky....for pointing out your ignorance of ZIP....and now the ASX.
It is often your own fault for constantly mocking and insulting others as ignorant of subjects, which then only serves to highlight your own ignorance in them and others have to publicly correct you in case someone actually thinks you posting 20-40 times a day on ZIP is some measure of your aptitude therein.
