I think Sarah has gilded the lily and it sounds like a puff piece to me. We have not seen CS in the AFR 'Boss' section for a while,but she was featured 5 times in quick succession a while ago and maybe she has asked them for favour lol. It is hard to imagine an Australian big 4 (admittedly needing new market opportunities) buying a loss leader with nil underlying value, hanging its hat on a long term capital intensive business serving 'underserved Americans' with poor literacy. Everything about it is wrong IMO. And it is overpriced as she says.
