They have many different cards to choose from. Doesn't have to be the platinum card. Higher spenders may prefer higher rewards. Or just choose the no fee cards.
American Express customers = Growing
Zip customers = Shrinking
It's all there out in the open for all to see. Zip can't grow their customer base
