I don't think the end of the CNs will make a lot of difference - debt was part forgiven, the rest converted to equity, but it has not left the company in a position to take on either more debt or equity, so it is hard to know what will happen next. I think they would have been banking on getting to the other side of the 'high' interest rates (which is more about perception than reality), but now they have to reassess and they will know that they have to batten down the hatches in preparation of consumer wallets being slammed shut - it has already happened in Aus, and needs to happen in the US. IMO market consolidation will be in the wind
