I dont know about that, it was easy money from $0.30 to $1.50. Surely when the SP was at $0.30 they new they wouldn't need to cap raise, they knew the pipeline figures, it would have been easy money to make with due SP moevement. So why would they have been scared at that point? I think there's more too it.
