Answer: one where your well heeled competitor with $67 bil cash and equivalents bales out of your industry not for the first or second time, but multiple times because it recognises that there is no investment potential. Apple is struggling to know what to do with its cash - in the last quarter it spent $19 bil on share repurchases, $3.7 bil on dividends, and has returned $732 bil to its shareholders since 2013. It is desperate to become 'net cash neutral' - to balance excess cash with debt, but cannot justify BNPL or consumer lending and prefers to outsource it to others. I think there is a hint in there
