Seems like hyperbole not grounded in reality to me. There is no way the surcharge makes that much of a difference - just like AMEX still thrives despite a high surcharge.
I'm happy to have a wager though if you wish - in the event that the surcharge is passed/confirmed, if Zip drops 10%+ I will not post on this forum for a month. And if it doesn't drop at least 10% then you stay off the forum for a month. Thoughts?
