I reckon they are totally different businesses now - ZIP is reliant on mass, whereas I reckon Sezzle shuns mass to keep its merchants and customers very close to its chest, keeping its overheads and arrears down as best as it can - resembling more of a shopping app, with bonuses and rewards. It is only my perception, but I don't think Sezzle will benefit from great expansion, nor do I think ZIP would benefit from shrinking.
Last year Sezzle had revenue of $159 mil and a net income of $7 mil. ZIP had revenue of $698 mil and a loss of $364 mil, so there would be very few synergies for either IMO
*different periods and different currencies, but the comparisons are still there. ZIP makes it incredibly difficult to find this stuff and prefers to point out purple puffy lol
