Balanced against that, Mr Youkim appears to want to piggyback a bank to get access to national exposure as well as allegedly avoid all the complicated states' (52) laws related to lending, late fees and monthly charges..........if he can do it he is a genius and they will go out ad get a massive CR, if not, well who knows.
