Nasdaq listing alone will take Zip to a price where a current takeover offer would be.
Zip announcing a listing on the Nasdaq would rally the stock into the $2s.
Any takeover offer would be in the $2s from here to be accepted.
Nasdaq listing and raising hundreds of millions in cash would be better. Then use the cash to save money and produce even better results.
