- I think it would be an excellent idea - this caper of putting out a sales brochure every quarter in which they can dress it up and call it a report is crooked. The only compulsory element to report is cashflow - if your company is unprofitable - the rest is fluff and BS. I reckon CSs professional CFO may give her the wink as well as her personal one - she would have to make a judgement call on the bonuses and options she has accumulated and I reckon the ZIP job would be extremely high pressure with a lot of downside.......................IMO if she goes, she will be revealing the company's business prospects
