I just checked out the Am ex charge card as you mentioned ""annual $450 dining and travel credit, Amazon Prime subscription, Frequent Flyer points, no interest, no monthly fees, no other fees, nothing."" Does the holder of the card pay a 3% fee or a $20.00 late payment fee if you haven't paid the balance on time?
