Guessing regal and their other hedge fund mates. It's clearly institutional, you could see that yesterday. Despite the selling (probably from emotional retail investors) it consistently kept its head at or above the surface, which indicates someone with deep pockets who kept reloading the buy side with (and of course, smiling as they continued to buy more and more cheap shares)
