Zip should make their AI be able to handle all those different languages as well. So many ESL customers would love that and maybe drawn to Zip in the sign up process and whenever they have a problem in future, having AI communicate with them in their language instead of Australian call center staff who may struggle.
Plus reducing the AVG call times cut down from from 11 mins to 2 mins also cuts down on staff, even the bulk of regular English speaking calls. 11mins down to 2 mins means a lot less customer service agents needed for human interactions too.
