Would a merger of BHP and RIO succeed in getting past the ACCC? Bearing in mind that means there need to be big enough suppliers in Australia (I assume that foreign markets wouldn't be such an issue as there would be large suppliers from other parts of the world) in all resources that BHP and RIO sell locally for a combined entity not to become dominant.
