I posted this last week but didn't get much of a response...


guys on page 288 of the Explanatory Memo it mentions that RISC was previously engaged by Hardman for an independant valuation in March 2006 but the project was terminated.
Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I don't remember hearing about it at the time.

Oh and I seem to recall that when Ted was in charge there was talk of an anti-takeover team on standby, does anyone remember that? what happened to them?
