i do recall of ted having a team on stand-by in case of a hostile t/over.
refering to my 2003 annual reoprt. oriel securities ltd were hardmans uk broker for the aim listing.
also do recall the company employed for the hostile t/over of hdr was called conoco or something to that effect and they are a canadian compay.
if these 2 ponters do not help maybe i can ask ted for a memory recall.
