Bill Evans who is highly regarded has called for 2 rate cuts in Feb and March.
Looks like a given we will definitely get one.
I can see property pumping along again 5-10% growth if this happens! especially in Brissie where yields will push up to 5.5%.
What are peoples thoughts here?
