Thats a fair call, and im not against buying a house because i plan on doing it. But in MY situation the house is too small for my growing family, the house is going down in price because i bought the cheapest i could find as a 22 yr old in an area that is relatively undesirable, and therefore i cant justify staying any longer with its price going down and my forking out interest that is increasing every 2nd month
