well...i believe that the smart ones amongst us have a responsibility towards the 'less smart' ones (why do you think i post on this forum?)
so when money was given to FHB it was unethical to lift the prices of houses by that amount 'cose it 'cancelled out' the benefit of a grant. somehow, we just accepted that fact and a whole bunch of money ended in wrong hands and whole bunch of customers ended up in a very sensitive situation which is now turning 'brown' on them, as we speak !
however, in all honesty, we can't blame kevin for reaction of builders...we can declare that whole idea 'flawed' due to possibility for builders to exploit it ...
i know that i'll vote in a reactionary fashion this time around (to punish them for not thinking long enough about consequences)!
that's about all i can do !
and...to show you by example...i don't blame you for your 'grandstanding'...you believe that it makes sense and it doesn't make you sound 'funny' ! ok with me !
