Even though I am a self confessed rookie one question I have learnt to ask my self is do I average into a losing trade or is it better to average into a winning trade?

As I dont know your personal situation I will leave that to you to answer.

    (1) Energex Building As Good As SOLD!

    Announcement said:

    Energex Update
On 25 February 2009, FKP announced it had entered into a conditional agreement for the
sale and development of the Energex building at 33 Breakfast Creek Road, Newstead in
Brisbane with the Cromwell Riverpark Trust.
There are a number of conditions precedent to the settlement that have not yet been
satisfied. It is not certain whether the sale will be completed and FKP has assumed for
liquidity purposes it will not. FKP continues to work with all parties towards satisfying all
    conditions precedent.

I will leave that bit of "crystal ball gazing" speak for itself.

Of course Mulpha would take up their full entitlement of 182,650,698 shares at $0.40 which is a 20% discount to my previous stated 50c

I dont know 100% about these numbers (From Dec 2008 Half Year Report) but here goes.

    FKP 351,386,494 share

    Mulpha currently own 22.6% = 79,413,347 shares

    2.3 for 1 = an additional 182,650,698 shares

Assume Mulpha sub-underwrite the full $75M

    $75M/$0.40 = an additional 187,500,000 shares

    79,413,347 + 182,650,698 +187,500,000 = 449,564,045 shares

    FKP current shares 351,386,494

    Rights issue 2.3 x 351,386,494 = an additional 808,188,936 shares = 1,159,575,430 shares

Assume Mulpha will own 449,564,045 share

    449,564,045 / 1,159,575,430 = 0.39 x 100 = 39% of FKP
As I stated I am just a rookie and cannot verify these numbers 100% but I am happy to post and have it pulled apart.

All the best if you are in this as an "Investment", and should be some good opportunities if you are "Trading" this one, all IMHO of course.

    Cheers
