Dont see why GG would bother wanting to convert his MSB shares to ADRS. I think he bought a lot on both markets in a way to avoid ramping up the price too much in either market.

Anyone with significant accounts in both markets could also be engaging in arbitrage, buying and selling in whichever market has the better price for their purposes.

But I just see GG holding, and doubt that he cares which form his holdings are in...
